Iyengar Yoga
IYENGAR YOGA – a method of yoga named after its founder, Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar, a man who devoted most of his 95-year life to studying, practicing and teaching yoga. Main characteristics of the method are alignment, precision, use of props (blocks, belts, bolsters amongst others) and sequencing which altogether make practice safe and accessible for everyone.
