This young program has rivisited the foundational MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Program according to the latest Neuroscience findings in terms of Stress, Pain and Mind. This mindfulness approach teaches in an experiential way what pain and stress overall work in the body and in mind.
By doing that provides the participants with an awareness which transforms the relationship with the suffering, thus opening to options and choices mostly lost in the daily despair and isolation of any degree of suffering. The course is then a different way to live life and certainly not a technique.
The group sessions are facilitated by Lelia Spada, who is a Mindfulness Practitioner and certified trainer.
